Appearance
Mega Mewtwo Y approximately 6'4 195lbs. Bipedal humanoid feline with thick white fur. The longer his fur grows, the darker it becomes until its pure black. Tends to keep his fur very short, longer around his head, tail, and chest area. Tail grows from the back of his head and is roughly 6 feet in length. Has three clawed fingers and toes on his paws and feet. Six jagged scars on running the length of his forearms.
Personality
Very curious, realist, introverted behavior, easily distracted.
Background Story
Cloned lab experiment. Group of scientists replicating the original mewtwo cloning project. Goal of the cloning project was to create weapons of mass destruction. Exp 301 aka Voltin was diffrent than the other mewtwos, born in a permanent state of Mega evolution. Voltin was not the most phisocaly strongest of mewtwos or most combat effective, his powers ligh in an incredibly strong teliportation ability with almost unlimited potential. Able to teliport at will anywhere in the known universe and even between parallel universes. Scars on his forearms are from restraints placed upon him by the scientists to controle his movements. The restraints were a set of cuffs that had steel rods that were surgically implanted and inbeded into the bones of his arms. There were many attempts by the scientists to Reproduce Voltin, but never successfully. Voltin did manage to escape, but bot before causing serious damage to his own body.

Battle Strategy:
basic psychic and neurological attacks. Uses teliport as the foundation of his fighting style. Has equipment salvaged from the original MewTwos armor, a gauntlet that channels his psychic powers into a blade. Also has an healing ability that utilizes his teliport abilities to teliport damaged tissue and substitute it for healthy tissue. Perfect replacement of all body parts including death.
