So long as you know the destination, you can go anywhere. In my pokemon headcanon, travel agencies exist where you can buy a ticket to any destination, and there will be specially trained pokemon whose only job is to use Teleport for small groups as an expedited service for small groups. For large groups, or people who don't need/can't afford expedited travel, international airplanes could still be a thing. {{tag>lore wip}}
